A filler for the parts of your face that move — your smile, your laugh, the lines around your mouth. You leave looking refreshed, not set.
Most fillers are built to hold. RHA is built to move — so when you talk, laugh, or pull a face at your kid, the correction follows you instead of fighting you.
That makes it our default choice for the parts of your face that animate most: around the mouth, the smile lines, the lower face. The places a stiffer filler tends to announce itself.
There's a formulation for almost any conversation — fine lines around the lips and eyes (Redensity), softer folds (RHA 2 and 3), or real volume in the cheek and chin (RHA 4). All of it is hyaluronic acid, which means it's adjustable, and if you ever wanted it gone, it can be dissolved.

Who it helps.
RHA is the filler we reach for when the goal is softer lines that still move like yours — not a smoother, stiller version of your face.
The filler stretches with your expression instead of holding against it — so a smile reads as a smile, not a held pose.
Smile lines, the folds from nose to mouth, the lower face — the zones where a stiffer filler tends to announce itself.
It's hyaluronic acid — so we can fine-tune the result, and if you ever want it gone, it can be dissolved.
Honest answers to the questions we hear most often about RHA — comfort, longevity, and what natural really means in motion.
That's the whole point of choosing RHA over a stiffer filler — it stretches with your expression instead of holding against it. We dose conservatively and review you in motion, not just at rest. If anything reads heavy at the two-week check, we adjust.
Every RHA syringe contains lidocaine, so the area numbs as we work. For lips or perioral lines we add topical numbing first. Most patients describe it as pressure rather than pain — and the visit runs 30 to 45 minutes.
None scheduled. You may have light swelling for a day or two and the occasional bruise — more likely around the lips. Most patients return to work the same day; we ask you to skip strenuous workouts and alcohol for 24 hours.
Twelve to fifteen months in most areas, sometimes longer in zones that move less (cheeks, chin). Lips and the lower face metabolize faster. We build a refresh cadence around your face, not a calendar.
RHA is hyaluronic acid, so it's fully dissolvable with hyaluronidase. That's a rare conversation — but it's part of why we reach for HA fillers first. The result is adjustable, and the worst case is reversible.
All hyaluronic acid, all good products. RHA's chemistry preserves long HA chains, which is why it behaves so well in dynamic areas — smile lines, marionette lines, around the mouth. We choose by what your face is doing, not by brand loyalty.
RHA plans begin with a study of how your face moves — the smile, the laugh, the small expressions filler must never freeze.
