An afternoon that does the work of three appointments — tightening, resurfacing, and a booster driven deeper than any serum can go on its own.
You arrive for one appointment and leave with three layers of work already done — collagen stimulated deep in the dermis with Genius RF microneedling, tone and texture reset at the surface with the LaseMD thulium laser, and a Lutronic booster pressed through the open channels while your skin is most receptive.
Three depths, one afternoon. The dermis gets the firmness work, the upper layers get the tone and texture work, and the booster goes where a serum at home simply cannot reach — so laxity, pigment, and surface roughness are all moving in the same direction at once.
It's the visit we suggest when one concern doesn't quite describe what you see in the mirror — when the answer is several things, sequenced together, not one treatment trying to do everything.

Who it helps.
One appointment doing three things on purpose — so the changes you see stack instead of competing.
What would normally be three separate visits — three drives, three recoveries — happens in a single afternoon.
The deep work (collagen, laxity) and the surface work (tone, texture, pores) move together — instead of one catching up to the other months later.
The targeted serum is pressed in while the channels are still open — so it goes where a bottle at home cannot.
The six questions we hear most often before someone commits to their first TotalSkin visit. If yours isn’t here, just call — we’ll answer it the same way.
You’re numbed for an hour before we start. During the RF microneedling pass you feel pressure and warmth — most patients describe it as a firm, hot tapping. The fractional laser pass that follows feels like a warm prickling. It’s a real procedure — not nothing — but it’s manageable, and you go home the same afternoon.
Plan on 7 to 10 days of social downtime. Day 1–3 you’ll look pink, slightly swollen, and feel warm. Days 3–5 the skin develops a fine sandpaper texture as it sheds. By day 7 most patients are comfortable wearing makeup again. We give you a recovery plan and a check-in if you have questions in the days after.
You’ll notice the resurfacing change within about 2 weeks — smoother texture, brighter tone. The tightening from the RF takes longer because it’s building collagen: most patients see the firmness change between weeks 8 and 12, with continued improvement through 6 months. Repeat sessions stack on top of each other.
For most patients we plan 3 to 4 sessions, about 6 to 8 weeks apart, then one maintenance session per year. Your clinician adjusts the cadence based on the skin response and your goals.
A CO2 laser is one deep, aggressive surface treatment with two weeks of social downtime and a longer recovery curve. TotalSkin Solution layers three lighter, complementary treatments in one visit — so you get tightening, resurfacing, and a booster, with about half the downtime, and the depth is customizable per session rather than fixed.
Yes — RF microneedling, fractional laser, and the booster are all available as standalone treatments. We suggest TotalSkin when one concern doesn’t quite describe what you’re seeing in the mirror, because the three layers work better together than any one alone. Your consultation walks through which version makes sense for you.
We start with a conversation and a look at your skin — so the depth, the laser settings, and the booster we choose are yours, not a default protocol applied to whoever walks in.
